How Tarot Changed My Life
Have you ever felt like life backed you into a corner? That’s exactly what happened to me many years ago. Work felt hopeless, relationships were falling apart, and each new day brought more questions than answers. Back then, I could barely force myself to get out of bed. Life seemed unwilling to play by my rules, and I had no idea how to change it all.
One day, I came across a phrase: “The cards know the answer, even if you fear it.” Something about those words resonated with me. That evening, I bought my first Tarot deck.
At First, I Was Lost
When I first got the cards, I didn’t know what to do with them. I read the instructions, skimmed through books, but it all seemed too complicated. So, I simply picked up the deck, held it in my hands, and asked, “What should I do next?”
My First Reading
My first cards were the Ace of Pentacles, Three of Swords, and the Wheel of Fortune. I had no idea how to interpret them. But something about them screamed of a new beginning and the need to embrace change. At the time, I didn’t yet understand that the Ace of Pentacles signified an opportunity I had been stubbornly ignoring, while the Wheel of Fortune hinted it was time to move forward, even if it was scary.
I decided the cards’ first advice was to start with myself. The path was challenging. I began studying Tarot diligently, shifted my attitude toward work, and started seeking new opportunities.
Tarot and Relationships
Months later, I turned to the cards again when a personal issue arose. The Empress pointed to self-care. When I asked how to proceed, I drew Strength. The cards reminded me that everything depended on inner confidence and openness.
I stopped blaming others for my problems and focused on improving myself. These changes unexpectedly influenced those around me. My relationships gained harmony, and for the first time in a long while, I felt loved.
Finances and a Fresh Start
Then came a period of financial struggles. Tarot showed me the Five of Pentacles, affirming my fears, but alongside it were the Eight of Wands and the Sun. These cards urged quick action and courage to take risks. Despite my doubts, I decided to quit my job.
It was the best decision of my life!
What I Learned
Tarot didn’t do the work for me, but every reading gave me the push I needed to act. The cards became my mirror, my guide, and my friend.
Now, when I look at my deck, I remember how it all began. Life still throws challenges my way, but I know I can always turn to the cards, ask my question, and find the answer.
Tarot helped me discover myself, embrace change, and finally start living the life I always dreamed of.
